No additional TRANSPORTATION FEE is paid for the Reinforcement Steel for Monoblock Upvc profile.
As Monoblock Upvc profile is manufactured with the Reinforcement Steel, its static endurance is TWO TIMES GREATER THAN the upvc profile applied by the classic systems applied until today, to which the support profile is attached later on.
As cutting the Reinforcement Steel, Placing the steel inside the upvc profile and screwing labor doesn't occur during the fabrication of Door and Window by Monoblock Upvc profile, this provides great savings IN TERMS OF LABOR COSTS AND TIME.
The classic system applied until today; cuts the Reinforcement Steel of the upvc profile 10 cm shorter than the upvc profile length and welds it to the corner. The REINFORCEMENT STEEL therefore FALLS SHORT IN THE CORNER. Only the corner will have the welding endurance of the pvc profile and this RENDERS THE STATIC ENDURANCE OF THE JOINERY LESS POWERFUL.
During the fabrication of Door and Window by Monoblock Upvc profile, the upvc profile is cut together with the Reinforcement Steel within, and the corners unite with each other in the welding machine. This allows the Reinforcement Steel WITHIN THE UPVC PROFILE TO UNITE WITH EACH OTHER FROM THE CORNERS. Therefore, the window made from the profile HAS A STRONGER GENERAL STATIC ENDURANCE.
As the Reinforcement Steel isn't screwed to inside of the upvc profile later on during the fabrication of Door and Window by Monoblock Upvc profile, NO OXIDATION OF THE SCREW OR THE PORED REINFORCEMENT STEEL OCCURS.
